pour yourself a hot cappuccino or warm mug of tea... enjoy the morning paper...
 read your emails...
write one to your friends wishing them a Happy Monday!

Luxuriate in the shower... no need to rush... enjoy the morning... make the best of it!

It's Monday.... put on your pearls!

I never go anywhere without my Juicy Tubes... My lips adore this!

Although technology has taken over home and work and life with laptops, iPhones and iPads...
Nothing beats  paper in my mind... Notes, doodles, phone numbers, dates and important information is still always gathered the old fashioned way. I'm naked without a little notebook in my bag!

If it's nice out... if you can get a break - run away from reality for a short while. 

Immerse yourself in a good book!
I still think that books are the greatest escape!

Of course you know I'm a huge fan of the day dream...
 I dream of Nantucket on a regular basis!

And everyone needs an afternoon indulgence!
I'm forgoing the cookies and brownies and all the other wonderful
decadent delights my sweet tooth craves every once in a while...
Summer's around the corner along with all those darling sundresses, not to mention (gasp!) Bathing Suits!

and I would be remiss to toss in a little bubbly to celebrate the end of a wonderful day, Monday, My Day!
