Spice up your Martini this Valentine's Day!
Have I got a Red Hot drink for you!
Red Hot Martini
* Drop a couple of everyone’s favorite Valentine’s Day candy, Red Hots, in a bottle of {Russian Standard} Vodka and shake it around so they begin to dissolve.
* Place in the refrigerator for at least four hours - or longer if you can stand it - so that the candy has a chance to dissolve completely.
* When ready, strain the infusion through a coffee filter to remove any leftover debris.
* Pour into a martini glass and drop a handful of fresh Red Hots candies into the glass for added flavor, color and decor.

I was honored that Linnea Johansson reached out to me at The Entertaining House to review her book, Perfect Parties. It's simply lovely, filled with wonderful party planning tips and recipes, and with the most scrumptious of photographs. She has given me a copy to give away to one of my readers!
I'm really reluctant to give up the one copy of this book... but, since it's a giveaway I simply must!
