What St. Paddy's day means to me...

To tell you the truth leprechauns scare me...
I do not like green eggs and ham...
I do not like corned beef and cabbage...
Having grown up on Manhattan's Upper East Side I have seen one too many St. Paddy's Day parades... I have seen way too many grown men stumble around in a drunken stupor ...  The only day of the year I am thankful not to live in New York City is today!

My last name is Irish but I am not. (Scottish, if you must know) My brown, Scottish eyes are smiling now, however. To me, the Shamrock Shake is what it's all about!

If you can't get to a McDonald's or you can't locate a Shamrock Shake near you, you can make your own Copycat Shamrock Shake!
