I believe in being strong...

With a heavy heart and tears in my eyes my thoughts and prayers are with the families in nearby Sandy Hook. This tragedy took something from all of us, it matters not whether I am in Connecticut or in China... as mothers we all grieve... While we are lucky to have our children alive and well, we all lost something yesterday. We lost a sense of innocence and safety....

Later on I will try to gather all my thoughts and emotions into coherent ones on Amid Life.

We need to be strong and we need to cary on ... for the sake of our children.

Hug your children extra hard this weekend...
Hug them all weekend long.
